Debi Deutsch, Executive Director & Board Member
Debi has over 18 years of experience directing, programming and managing youth oriented not-for-profit programs. Debi is a certified social worker as well as a certified mentoring and social work supervisor. Prior to TORCH, Debi was the Youth Services Director at Ice Hockey In Harlem (IHIH) and was responsible for creating and implementing educational and social work initiatives. She is now on the IHIH Board of Directors.

Joy Lynn Alegarbes, Program Associate
Joy Lynn began working with TORCH as the Primary Artistic Consultant in 2002, and she took on the role of TORCH Program Associate in Spring 2009.  In addition to her work with TORCH, Joy Lynn is a Programming Consultant for The United Nations Population Fund and has performed in both North America and Europe with Synaesthetic Theater Company.

Francis Carrero, Alumni Relations Coordinator
A TORCH Alum herself, Francis joined TORCH as the full time Alumni Relations Coordinator in January 2011. Graduating from Syracuse University in May 2010 as a Communications and Rhetorical Studies major with a minor in Strategic Management and Sociology, Francis remains an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. in the Westchester Alumnae Chapter.
